Jayson Bryant Nominated for Blogger of the Year 2012
Today it was announced that I was to be included in the shortlist for ‘Blogger of the Year 2012′. The International Wine and Spirits Competition hold this contest annually. The award winner will be announced at the IWSC Awards and Banquet on the 14th November at London’s Guildhall.
This is the first time that somebody from New Zealand has been nominated, and made the shortlist. It’s an honour to be included with other great names in the wine industry i.e. Jamie Goode and Gregory Dal Piaz
The International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) launched a new award to recognise an individual who has utilised a blog in promoting and increasing public awareness and interest in wines and/or spirits, in the last 12 months.
Sponsored by Gonzalez Byass, the award was launched at ProWein 2012 and will see judges comprising of key wine and spirit trade personalities, brand owners with experience in social media and previous ‘IWSC Communicator of the Year’ award winners.
